Genesis 3
This chapter tells us how evil, pain and temptation entered the world. It explains why we have struggles today as women and men. Women have painful pregnancy and period cramps because of Eve’s actions. As for Adam he doesn’t have as much of a punishment, but they were both banned from Eden’s garden to suffer. The snake that tempted them lost his legs and now has to eat dust for as long as it lives.
This symbol represents the Stump with branch for the Jesse Tree.
Scripture from Genesis 1:26-31
God said, ” Let us make mankind in our image, according to our kindness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over the wild animals of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. ”
So God created humankind in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
I can’t believe Mother thought moving to another country is going to help our stupid,idiotic family. Now I have to sit on this itchy,scratchy bag next to this snoring man with his legs wide open. I hate this!The disgusting odor that lingers around the station is making me light-headed. I know that many people in this station are poor like me but at least have the urge to wash yourselves! Besides from that,I have discovered what Mother calls a bottle lid. I don’t know where she got those fancy words from but I don’t want to talk to her right now. As I fidget with the bottle lid, my emotions start to flood in. I fight back the tears not to cry in front of these foul people. Thoughts of home and the earthy ground makes me wish I stayed with Grandma. I had the option to but seeing Dad for the first time in my life seemed more tempting to me a few hours ago. Ugh! Why can’t I fall asleep like the snoring man laying next to me! I look around, in the corner my oldest sister is whispering to an old lady. They are sharing a cookie. A chocolate cookie. I give her a long glare hoping that she could sense it. She did, but chose to ignore me. What a sister she is…

For Mitey, our class wrote a letter for Emily, a girl who was going through a hard time. My class wrote the letter as someone she knew and wrote in their perspective. I am writing as Auntie Lisa, who is Emily’s dad’s sister. Auntie Lisa is trying to get Emily out of the toxic family and make Emily feel loved.
